ECM Consultants is a research and development company providing technical support to individuals, businesses, and corporations. The Company was started in 1982 with the primary intent of supporting ECM International Inc. in a series of research and development tasks in the area of energy, computing, and management.

Software development alone exceeds 800,000 lines of code for both the mainframe and micro. That is about 17,000 pages of program code supported by 3000 pages of documentation. Over 1500 programs and modules have been developed in support of corporations and ECM International. Over 10 programming languages have been mastered as well as the development of a new language and compiler. Software platforms hae been developed on the mainframe and micro computer. The software platform SAVIC was utilized by corporations. Some of these systems have been developed by the primary developer prior to establishing ECM Consultants although all productivity tools, platforms, and compilers have been released to Serge Grant.

In short Serge Grant developed the first successful teleprocssing system for both Hallmark Cards and ANICO. In both sites productivity and performance reached exceptional levels. At Boing the number 2 priority system was managed by him as a system engineer. Redeveloped the data distribution system at as savings of 7 times his salary per year.

In the energy field, two systems have been designed and patented. The EPCON system was the invention of Serge Grant. All patent work was completed in house. Patent procedures were mastered. You can view the systems on this web site. The WINDTRAP system, a concept developed in part by an ECM associate, Joe Arreola, was completed to prototype status. While Serge Grant did the enhanced design and patent work, Joe Arreola built the energy system. both systems have been assigned to ECM International Inc.

Two management systems have been developed and copyrighted. One of them was accepted into the Standards of Excellence at one corporation. It was part of the SAVIC system and the S in SAVIC stands for Structured Development Technique.

The other system is called the IET, Individualized Educational Training methodology. It is supported by the IETCOM software system. Information on this system is available on the web site. It was primarily developed for children with learning disabilities but could be beneficial to all students.

ECM Consultants primary developer also has a security clearance during an assignment for NASA.
